{"id":445,"date":"2021-08-31T13:02:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-31T13:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cindidrennan.com\/?p=445"},"modified":"2025-05-15T13:11:50","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T13:11:50","slug":"constellation-stories-in-light","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cindidrennan.com\/?p=445","title":{"rendered":"Constellation Stories in Light"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Constellation Trail of Stories in Light\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/775225724?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Constellation has been one of the most epic projects I have worked on and one of the best examples of regional partnership and collaboration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a month long activation, illuminart\u2019s vibrant regional projections blazed to life simultaneously at five unique landmarks, in a 1000 km long story trail across regional South Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People of all ages and far-flung places visited all five Constellation sites to experience this special intervention of animated stories combining local knowledge, ideas and creativity transporting them into an epic science-fiction adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>This trail of large scale projection and activities, unlocked a unique opportunity to discover the regions, experience creative visions of the future and witness the exciting transformation of iconic Australian landmarks, using spectacular larger than life moving image to explore future themes and science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the five sites displayed a distinctive&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/illuminart.com.au\/projects-blog\/constellation-collection\/\">local programme<\/a>&nbsp;connected to the theme of Constellation, featuring&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/illuminart.com.au\/announcement\/constellation-creatives\/\">local and regional artists<\/a>&nbsp;in the production!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Constellation project was also&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/illuminart.com.au\/blog\/asaaawards2022\/\">a national finalist in the 2022 Australian Street Art Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Constellation has been one of the most epic projects I have worked on and one of the best examples of regional partnership and collaboration.
